الشروط والأحكام

تنطبق هذه الشروط على استخدام خدمة تسبيح (الويب والتطبيقات والقنوات المعلنة رسمياً). يُعدّ استمرار الاستخدام موافقةً عليها حيث يسمح القانون. يُرجى الالتزام بالاستخدام القانوني والشخصي وعدم إساءة استخدام المحتوى أو الإضرار بالخدمة أو بالمستخدمين.
المحتوى والملكية
محتوى الخدمة وتصميم الواجهات والعلامة التجارية المرتبطة بتسبيح محمية. لا يجوز إعادة الاستخدام التِجاري دون إذن كتابي من مُشغِّل الخدمة حيث ينطبق ذلك.
الاشتراكات والمشتريات داخل التطبيق
الاشتراكات والتبرعات اختيارية لدعم استمرار التطبيق؛ ولا تُقفل أي ميزة أساسية خلف الدفع. تُدار المدفوعات عبر Apple App Store وGoogle Play (وعبر RevenueCat). تجديد الاشتراك تلقائي ما لم يُلغَ وفق سياسات المتجر. للاستعادة أو الإدارة: استخدم خيار الاستعادة / إدارة الاشتراك داخل التطبيق أو إعدادات حساب المتجر.
الإعلانات
قد تُعرض إعلانات (بما في ذلك إعلانات اختيارية بمكافأة وبانر) لغير المشتركين. تُدار الموافقة عبر نماذج المنصّة (مثل ATT وUMP) حيث ينطبق القانون.
إخلاء المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» ضمن حدود تقنية معقولة. يجوز تحديثها أو تعديلها لتحسين الاستقرار والتجربة دون إشعار مسبق في كل حالة.

These terms apply to the Tasbiah service (website, mobile apps, and officially announced channels). Continued use constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Use the service lawfully and personally; do not misuse content or harm the service or other users.
Content & ownership
Service content, UI design, and related branding are protected. Commercial reuse requires written permission from the operator where applicable.
In-app purchases & subscriptions
Subscriptions and donations are voluntary support; core features are not paywalled. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store and Google Play (via RevenueCat). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled under store policies. Use Restore / Manage subscription in the app or your store account settings.
Advertising
Ads (including optional rewarded ads and banners) may be shown to non-subscribers. Consent is managed via platform frameworks (e.g. ATT, UMP) where required by law.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" within reasonable technical limits. It may be updated or changed to improve stability and experience without prior notice in every case.
